Sales Terms and Conditions

Engraving: Prices quoted include one engraving per crystal piece from our range of golf designs or from camera-ready artwork supplied by you. This means that from clear artwork your golf club or association logo will be engraved free of charge. Each extra engraving will be charged at £ 2.50 / $5 per crystal piece.

Set up charges: We do not charge for set up on camera ready artwork. Artwork origination or adaption will be charged at £ 36.00 / $70 per hour.

Lead times: During busy golf ordering periods we ask for four weeks from receipt of order. In quieter times we can fulfil orders in two weeks

Payment: To open a credit account the minimum order is £ 300 / $1000. Smaller items will be supplied on a payment with order or credit card basis only. We accept both Visa and Mastercard, simply fax 0044 (0) 1387 256601 your order and credit card details or order through our secure server on our retail site www.crystalengravers.co.uk.

Carriage: We have over fifteen years experience in shipping crystal across the world. We will include indicative shipping costs in our return quote. Orders over £ 400 are shipped free of charge in the UK.

Single items: This site is designed for golf clubs, associations and resellers and all pricing is discounted. If you are interested in ordering less than 10 items please visit our retail web site www.crystalengravers.co.uk. This site gives pricing for single items including all shipping costs.

Pricing: Galloway Glass will quote in USD, UK sterling, or Euros. Please complete the enquiry form below giving quantities, engraving requirements, lead times and the currency you would like to be quoted in. We will respond fully within 48 hours. VAT will be added to all UK orders and any EU orders that are unable to supply their own VAT registration number.
