Ordering :
Please use the secure shopping cart server within the
Giftware, Wedding and Home of Golf pages
that we have built into this site. Simply click on the 'Buy Item' link and the crystal
piece will automatically be placed in your shopping basket. If you would like to include a
particular design from our Design page or add a specific wording (12 words max.) on your
crystal piece, then please e-mail the details to us directly at

You should take care to check all spellings and dates. Once the design and wording is cut into
the crystal it cannot be changed.
Alternatively, please send your order by fax clearly stating the relevant product and design
codings for the item(s) you require.
Gift Wrapping :
Gift-wrapping can be done free of charge at the time the order
is prepared, but please indicate this and the wording of the gift card when sending
your order.
Order Confirmation :
Please state your name and e-mail address and the name
and address you would like your order shipped to through the shopping cart form. You will
receive a confirmation of your order by e mail, usually within 24 hours, and any points not
completely understood by us will be clarified at this time.
Payment :
Payment may be made by either Visa or Mastercard. Your completed
commission will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of your order and payment details.
Alcohol :
Where your order contains bottles or miniatures of wines or spirits, the delivery must be signed for on receipt
by a person over the age of 18.
